Featured Speakers

Ken Gross is the Firm’s Managing Shareholder and co-founding shareholder. Ken graduated with high distinction from Wayne State University in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in accounting. He received his law degree also from Wayne State University, Cum Laude, in 1982.

Brian J. Small is a shareholder of the Firm and manages the Firm’s Bankruptcy Department and the Consumer Financial Crisis Management Division of the Firm. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A., 1989) and University of Richmond School of Law where he earned a Law degree in 1992.

Attorney Patrick M. Simasko has dedicated his legal career to the practice of Elder Law. Over the past 20 years, he has helped hundreds of families plan for their future, protect their assets and receive the financial and medical benefits available to them.He educates individuals and communities about Elder Law, Financial Planning, Medicaid and the VA Benefit Aid & Attendance.

Jeff has maintained a successful law practice since 1993 when he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California. Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Political Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
