Jeff leads the Firm’s Tax Collection Defense Practice and is the Co-Chair of the Firm’s Litigation Department, handling a myriad of tax collection alternative cases and complex business and civil litigation matters. Jeff graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1989 and earned his law degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings College of Law) in 2003.

Jeff has an extensive practice that focuses on business law and complex litigation, tax collection defense, civil and business litigation, probate and trust administration and litigation, and real estate. He has represented many individual and business clients in matters including Commercial contracts, acquisitions, non-compete/trade secret claims, Shareholder and Member disputes, Health Care Provider representation, Liquor Licensing matters, automotive manufacturing disputes, sales commissions, real estate disputes, and more.
