Sonya N. Goll has been an associate attorney at Thav Gross since 2024. Her legal practice focuses on representing Trustees, Debtors and Creditors in various bankruptcy matters. Ms. Goll has been practicing in the Bankruptcy Courts since June of 2000, and was certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification in 2007. Ms. Goll earned her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University in 1995 and her law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in January of 2000. She was admitted to practice law in Michigan in May of 2000. Ms. Goll is also admitted to practice in the District Courts for the Eastern and Western Federal Districts of Michigan, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. Goll was also admitted to the District Court for the Southern District of New York, Pro hac vice, as counsel for creditors in both the Chrysler and GM bankruptcies.
